What can you use the Less Stress blend for?
After a long day, put 3 drops in an aroma diffuser and feel the day slip away from you. This way you truly come to rest in the evening!
Mix a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil such as Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil and apply behind your ears, on your wrists or a place that feels right for you. This calms both body and mind. Also nice to take with you on the plane.
No time to truly come to rest? Put the bottle in your bag and breathe in the scent as soon as you notice stress lurking.
