Natural Heroes respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. We use your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Otherwise, we will only use this data with your consent. Natural Heroes will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in fulfilling your order.
Use of data and purposes
When you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment details to fulfil your order and keep you informed of its progress.
To make shopping at Natural Heroes as pleasant as possible, we store, with your consent, your personal data and the data relating to your order and your use of our services. This allows us to personalise the website.
We use your email address to inform you about developments on the website and about special offers and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive emails, you can let Natural Heroes know by sending an email.
If you create a Natural Heroes account, we store your personal data such as name, delivery address, phone number and email address, so that you don't have to fill these in with every new order. All you need to provide for this is a username and a password.
When you send us emails or other messages, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal data that is relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and respond to your requests.
Third parties
Natural Heroes will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in fulfilling your order. The third parties we engage are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

AI at Natural Heroes
Our website has a digital assistant, the Product Finder. It helps you choose a product or recipe and answers questions about your order. The Product Finder runs on artificial intelligence (AI) and is not a member of staff. The conversation itself says so as well.
For those conversations we process the messages you send and the language you write in. If you are logged in, we also use your email address and your order details so that we can answer your question about an order. Conversations are stored and may be viewed by our staff, to help you further and to improve our service.
We also use AI as a tool for email: a reply may be prepared by AI, but a member of staff reads it, adjusts it where needed and sends it.
We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you that affect you. If you would rather not talk to the Product Finder, you can always reach us by email or phone. Our contact details are on the contact page.
