We specialise in mostly vegan and naturally derived ingredients, committed to open-sourcing cosmetics, candles, soaps, and home-care goods. As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll ensure that Natural Heroes offers the best-quality ingredients for our DIY-loving customers. You’ll take the lead in researching and securing sustainable, high-quality materials, helping us deliver products that inspire creativity and uphold our sustainability commitments.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers who align with our quality and sustainability values.

• Procurement: Execute sourcing strategies to secure the best quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining ethical practices.

• Market Research: Stay updated on ingredient trends, pricing, and supply chain developments.

• Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations to secure favourable terms with suppliers.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet required quality and regulatory standards.

• Inventory Support: Collaborate with the operations team to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.

• Experience: At least 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in natural cosmetics or related industries.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with natural cosmetics and formulating is a plus.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Skills: Proficiency in research and using procurement tools.

• Degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices.

• Strong research and negotiation abilities.
