The soul of eucalyptus. It delivers that characteristic cool, fresh scent that refreshes the air in your home. At 73% from pure steam distillation, this is well above average for Eucalyptus globulus — no rectification, purely natural.
The herbal, warm undertone that adds depth to the profile. Without p-cymene, eucalyptus would simply be sharp; with it, it takes on a herbaceous, almost thyme-like character.
Cryptone (2%) adds a subtle, medicinal note you don't often come across in Eucalyptus globulus. Limonene (3%) brings a light citrus touch in the background. Together they make the profile just a little more complex than you'd expect from eucalyptus.
Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head and breathe in slowly. The 73% cineole opens up the airways immediately. A classic remedy for colds or a congested feeling. Add rosemary for an extra herbal, clarifying boost.
Even a small amount in the diffuser makes a room feel cleaner and clearer. Pairs well with rosemary for a herbal-fresh blend, or with lemon for a summery freshness.
Blend into jojoba or sweet almond (max 1%) for a cooling sports massage oil. Eucalyptus gives a tingling, fresh sensation that feels great after exercise.

The eucalyptus leaves go straight into the still on the same day. Steam draws the oil from the leaf, the remaining plant material is composted and returned to the soil. A closed loop: from leaf to oil to compost.

Start with a small amount and build up slowly, eucalyptus is intense. Follow the instructions of your diffuser.
Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil or base formula. For general skincare, use a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil. For fragrance applications on smaller skin areas (wrists, neck) you can use higher percentages. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not use on babies and young children. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your midwife or doctor first. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin. The oil naturally contains limonene, a known allergen.
Wild-harvested eucalyptus has a naturally varying composition per harvest and season. Plantation oil is more uniform and less expensive, but lacks that seasonal signature. We love the difference — that's what Farm to Table is all about.
Most eucalyptus globulus oils reach 60–65% cineole from the still and are then rectified (re-distilled) to get above 70%. This oil reaches 73% through pure steam distillation, with no additional processing. That's down to the combination of the dry Alentejo soil, the warm climate and the distillation process within 24 hours of harvest.
