HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
As the Executive Assistant & Finance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This unique hybrid role offers you a comprehensive view of our business and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support:
Manage calendar for executives, schedule meetings/events, and coordinate logistics.
Oversee key company inboxes, occasionally responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
Record meeting notes, assign action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and job vacancy postings.
Finance Administration:
Assist with financial tasks including processing payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for the Executive Team.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and financial analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant with a strong focus on financial administration.
Proven track record in managing financial tasks such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Experience with financial software and online collaboration tools (e.g., Informer, QuickBooks, G-Suite, Slack).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary: $400 - $600 per month (40 hours per week).
