Instructions

1
Add the xanthan gum together with the glycerine and set aside.
2
In a heat-resistant glass beaker, add demineralised water and Coco Betaine together with the chamomile water.
3
Add the Vegetal to a separate heat-resistant glass beaker.
4
Place both beakers in an au bain-marie and heat until both mixtures are 70 °C. Then add the borage oil to the Vegetal and heat it briefly along with it.
5
Then take both beakers off the heat and mix the Vegetal-borage mixture with a whisk or spoon.
6
Then very carefully pour this phase into the water phase and mix gently with a whisk for about 5 minutes. Prevent the mixture from foaming and let it cool to below 40 degrees.
7
Once the emulsion is below 40 degrees, you can add the glycerine mixture and the essential oil to it.
8
Measure the pH and make sure it is between 5 and 6. Is the pH not between 5 and 6? Raise it with baking soda or lower it with citric acid.
9
Add the preservative Preservative Eco.
10
Measure the pH again and make sure it is between 5 and 6.
11
Transfer your homemade natural Cleansing Milk to a glass bottle with an oil dispenser.

Usage

Use this cleansing milk on dry skin. Apply about a coin-sized amount to your face and neck. Massage it in gently, with circular movements and avoiding the area around the eyes. Let the cleansing milk soak in for a few seconds, so that it has the chance to dissolve dirt, make-up and impurities. Take a soft and damp cotton cloth or a cotton pad and gently wipe away the cleansing milk, together with the dissolved dirt and make-up. Rinse your face with lukewarm water to thoroughly remove any remaining cleansing milk and dirt.

Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel. Feel that freshness and softness! Now your skin is clean, hydrated and ready to shine!
