With pH paper you can easily measure the acidity of your DIYs.

The paper has a wide pH range from 1 to 14 and can therefore measure both acidic and basic pH.

You use the paper once: dip a small piece briefly into the liquid you want to test. Within one second you already have a result.

How to use?

Aqueous DIYs (such as toners or micellar water) can be tested directly by dipping the paper into the liquid.

DIY creations with oil-containing ingredients must be diluted first. Make slightly more than fits in your jar and set that aside for testing. Mix 10% of the product with 90% water, stir well and then dip the test paper into the dilution.

Note:

Dilution can only be done with demineralised water. Tap water or mineral water are not options.

Do not dip the paper into your final product to ensure no bacteria gets in. Always prepare a separate jar with a little of the final product.
