As a base for this recipe you can use demineralised water or a hydrosol of your choice. As long as you keep to the same amount that the recipe indicates. Then mix this with the Sodium PCA in a measuring cup.

Weigh out the Glycerine, Hyaluronic Acid, Xanthan Gum and Allantoin Powder from phase B neatly and mix them together on a small saucer.

Mix Phase B with Phase A and stir well. There will still be small lumps in it, no worries, this stabilises within 24 hours.

Measure the pH of your serum and adjust it to a pH of 5

Is the pH too low? Then raise it with a Baking Soda solution (1 part Baking Soda, 9 parts Demineralised Water).

Is the pH too high? Then adjust it with a Citric Acid solution (1 part Citric Acid with 9 parts Demineralised water).

Now add the preservative (Preservative Eco 1388) from phase C and check the pH again. If all is well, it has risen slightly. Make sure the pH is at 5.5.

Apply a few drops to clean skin every morning and evening. Massage gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed by the skin. Afterwards care for your skin with your favourite day or night care.
