Make sure all your equipment is ready and that everything has been sanitised. Note: Wear a face mask to avoid inhaling dust. This is irritating to the airways. Also make sure there are no pets or children in the same room while making this.

Get everything ready and weigh everything out neatly.

Mix the powders from phase A in a large bowl.

Pour all the other phases one by one onto the powder.

Mix everything together with a whisk or spatula.

Put on your gloves and use your hands to mix all the phases well. This process is similar to kneading dough.

Scrape off any remaining bits that stick using a spatula and knead until you have a firm dough.

Shape the bar into a ball with your hands and then press it flat.

Leave your bar to cure at room temperature for about 2 days before using it. Place it out of reach of children and babies.

Test whether the bar has cured by pressing on it. If it is no longer soft, your bar is ready! You can now use it!
