Instructions

Make sure you have all your supplies ready and make sure everything is clean.

Heat your stove and pan with a 2.5 cm layer of water on medium heat if you do not have a hob.

Measure out all your ingredients. Combine and mix each phase in a separate container. Use a heat-resistant cup or glass for phases A and C.

Heat phases A and C.

Once phase C has completely melted, check the temperature. Both should be 75 degrees Celsius or at least 5 degrees Celsius apart.

Turn off the heat. Add phase B to phase C, followed by phase A, and mix with a stick blender. Pulse for 5-10 seconds or until it turns opaque, which indicates that the mixture has emulsified.

Remove the cup from the pan and stir until it has cooled down.

Once the temperature is 40 degrees Celsius, start adding the cooling phase. Start with phase D, followed by phase E.

Mix gently until you reach room temperature.

Measure the pH. Use an acid such as lactic acid solution to lower the pH or a base such as sodium bicarbonate solution to raise it until you reach the desired pH of 5.0 to 5.5.

Pour it into a jar or a pump bottle and label your creation.
