Measure out all your ingredients. Combine each phase in a separate measuring cup.

Combine all phases and mix thoroughly.

Measure the pH. Use an acid such as lactic acid solution to lower the pH or a base such as sodium bicarbonate solution to raise it until you have reached the desired pH of 5.0 to 5.5.

Transfer it into a bottle with a foamer top and label your creation.
