A body butter is just always lovely! And especially when it smells of flowers and has a romantic pink colour. And all of that on a natural basis. The shea butter and the mango butter give this butter a firm but deeply hydrating, nourishing base. Jojoba oil ensures that this body butter absorbs quickly and is also suitable for the face. The scent of rose geranium works calmingly and cheers you right up.

Weigh out all the ingredients neatly and have them ready before you start.

Heat the shea butter and mango butter in a melting pan au bain-marie and stir well until all the butters have melted.

Add the jojoba oil to the melted butter mixture. Let the mixture cool down further to below 40°C.

Once the mixture is below 40°C, you can add the ingredients that are sensitive to heat: the vitamin E oil and the rose geranium. Stir the mixture well again.

Now add the red clay and stir well.

Put the mixture in the fridge and let it set until it has the texture of butter again. Take it out of the fridge and loosen it a little with a spoon. If the butter is very hard, leave it to stand for just 10 minutes.

Mix with a mixer with beaters/whisk until a soft fluffy texture forms. You don't need to worry about overbeating it, it isn't whipped cream ;)

Fill a 100 ml jar with this body butter and store it in a dark, cool place.
