Instructions

1
Weigh out all the ingredients neatly.
2
Heat the distilled water au bain-marie until it boils.
3
Take the boiled water out of the water bath and add the Dead Sea salt. Stir gently until the salt has fully dissolved in the water.
4
Wait until the mixture is below 40 degrees. Then add the aloe vera juice.
5
In another measuring jug, mix the Solubol together with the coconut CO2 extract into a cohesive mixture.
6
Add the Solubol mixture to the salty water and stir until everything is mixed.
7
Measure the pH of your spray and adjust it where needed. The pH value should be around 5.5.
8
Is the pH too low? Then raise it with a baking soda solution (1 part baking soda, 9 parts demineralised water).
9
Is the pH too high? Then adjust it with a citric acid solution (1 part citric acid with 9 parts demineralised water).
10
Add the preservative Leucidal to the spray.
11
Measure the pH again and adjust it where needed. The pH value should be around 5.5.
12
Transfer the mixture to a glass spray bottle.
13
Spray your homemade Sea Salt Spray onto the hair and 'crunch' your hair upwards to create beachy waves in the hair!
