Instructions

1
Make sure you have all your supplies ready and that everything is clean.
2
Put your stove and pan with a little water on medium heat if you do not have a hob.
3
Measure out all your ingredients. Combine each phase in a separate heat-resistant container/cup.
4
Add 2 to 3 grams of extra liquid to your Phase A and keep track of the weight including the container. Subtract the excess liquid you added earlier to get the exact weight needed in the formula.
5
Heat Phase A until the Olivem1000 has completely melted, weigh it to make sure it is exactly the desired weight as noted earlier. Add more liquid if needed.
6
Turn off the heat and remove the cup from the pan.
7
Add Phase B and stir well until it turns opaque, which is a sign that the mixture has emulsified.
8
Keep stirring until it cools down.
9
Once the temperature is 40 degrees Celsius, start adding Phase C very slowly, followed by Phase D. Keep stirring as you add the two phases.
10
Mix gently until you reach room temperature.
11
Measure the pH. Use an acid such as lactic acid to lower the pH or a base such as sodium bicarbonate to raise it until you reach the desired pH of 5.0 to 5.5.
12
Pour the mixture into a pump bottle and label your creation.
