How do you use it?
Cardamom is delicious in a massage oil, the scent invites you to let go and awakens your senses. Mix with Sweet Almond Oil or Fractionated Coconut Oil for a warming and sensual massage.
Diffusing
Put 3 to 4 drops of cardamom essential oil in your diffuser and feel a blanket of peace fall over you. You relax and your mind feels clear. Good to combine with Ylang Ylang Essential Oil or Bergamot Essential Oil.
What is so unique about it?
The Ancient Egyptians already used cardamom in perfumes and incense and today you still find the warming scent of cardamom in fragrances for both men and women. Did you know that cardamom is also an ingredient in your favorite chai latte?
