How do you use Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil?
Please note: do not use more than 0.07% Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil due to skin irritation and always dilute it in a carrier oil or butter. For example 0.07ml cinnamon bark Essential Oil in 100ml Almond Oil or Shea Butter. Apply the oil as a massage or skin oil where needed on cleansed skin. On the skin, Cinnamon Bark oil works warming and circulation-stimulating, making it particularly helpful for cold hands, feet and chills.
You can also mix a few drops through your shampoo for a wonderful scent and nourished scalp!
It is also common to vaporize a few drops of the sweet-scented and spicy essential oil in a diffuser for a wonderful warm feeling.
