Ready-made products for your natural routine..
Do you want to stay updated on offers, (giveaway) actions and recommendations? This way you won't miss out on anything! Not too often, we promise.

Whether you're travelling far away or holidaying in your own country or back garden. It can sometimes be quite a challenge to keep up your usual skincare routine on the go. In this blog we've lined up all the essential sustainable travel items for you.
Luckily, it's possible to keep your skin glowing and healthy on holiday without compromising on natural care. Travel prepared and take your skincare with you
Choose reusable packaging. Did you know that almost all of our packaging is made of glass and is therefore reusable?
Tip: pipette caps can sometimes leak while you're travelling. So take your oils with you in a glass bottle with a dropper cap.
Washable cotton pads are super handy to take on your travels. A fantastic eco-friendly alternative to disposable cotton pads. Ideal for cleansing your face and removing make-up and dirt. After use, wash the pads in a laundry bag at 30 degrees.

Your skin already has enough to deal with while you're travelling. Choose a gentle facial cleanser and care for your skin with nourishing oils. These are our summer favourites:
With its delicious floral and exotic scent, Monoi de Tahiti tops our list of summery oils. It has a softening, soothing and purifying effect on the skin and provides long-lasting hydration. A lovely pampering moment for your skin after a sunny day.
This wonderfully soft Shea Butter has already been on holiday with many of our customers. And not without reason. This velvety butter is suitable even for the most sensitive skin. Shea Nilotica is softer than regular Shea Butter and melts on your body. It absorbs well and keeps your skin lovely and supple. A must in your suitcase!
Don't forget your hair! Sea water and chlorinated water can really dry out your hair. This can damage it and make it look dull. If you have blonde, grey or red hair, it's more sensitive to sunlight than dark hair. This is due to the melanin in hair. Dark hair contains more melanin and is therefore naturally more resistant to sunlight. So it's a good idea to protect your hair too. Wear a cap or hat, or a nice scarf in your hair! Been in the sea or the pool? Rinse your hair well afterwards and treat it to a hair mask. Use Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil. Massage the oil into (the ends of) your hair and let it soak in. This can be for 10 minutes or a whole night. Then wash your hair as usual with shampoo.
Of course, sunscreen is also a holiday must. Abroad, it can sometimes be harder to find a natural option. Choose a sunscreen with a mineral filter such as (non-nano) zinc oxide. Even when you use sunscreen, the most important thing is of course to be sensible in the sun. So stay out of the sun as much as possible between 12 and 3.
Sustainable travel
Travelling is amazing, but unfortunately not always very sustainable. With these tips you'll travel more sustainably.
Use public transport. By train you can travel quickly and easily to lots of beautiful destinations in Europe. Arrived at your destination? You can use public transport there too: take the metro or tram, or go cycling & walking.
Go for sustainable accommodation. More and more guest houses and Airbnbs, as well as hotels and apartments, are thinking about sustainability.
Small changes make a big difference:
A new summer wardrobe? Go second-hand.
Instead of a new suitcase or backpack, you can also go for a second-hand one. Or who knows, maybe your family or neighbours have one lying around that you can borrow.
Bring a refillable water bottle.
Clean up (your own) litter.
Reuse your towels more often.
This wonder plant soothes the skin and is highly hydrating. Lovely for caring for your skin after a day outdoors. Or have you spent just a little too long in the sun? Aloe Vera cares for and cools the skin. Apply it directly to the skin or mix it into your body lotion. Add some Glycerine too, to replenish moisture. Be careful with after-sun products labelled ‘Cool’. They often contain alcohol or menthol. This may cool the skin at first, but it also dries it out quite a bit.
Let nature do your laundry! How handy are these soap nuts! You can use them in the washing machine and for hand washing. Ideal for when you go camping. But did you know you can use them for much more than laundry? Make your own all-purpose cleaner or shampoo with them, for example! Soap nuts contain saponin, a natural form of soap. When soap nuts come into contact with water, the saponin dissolves and creates a mild soap.
Heat and travel can sometimes cause less pleasant odours under your arms, but not with this deodorant. This refreshing deodorant gives up to 24 hours of protection. Make the deodorant before your holiday in less than 10 (!) minutes. Ideal to take with you, and of course you can add your own favourite scents!
