Scoop a generous amount out of the jar and sprinkle it evenly over your carpet, bed or sofa. Let it absorb for at least an hour, ideally overnight, and then use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum up all the excess powder and dirt. A more natural and energy-saving way to do this is to let it soak in the sun and then shake off the excess powder.
