Weigh out all the ingredients for each phase and mix well. When using rose petals, grind these first.

Combine phase A and phase B. Mix well. It is fine to use both Rosehip Powder and Rose Petal Powder. You can make your own Rose Petal Powder by measuring out the required amount of Rose Petals and grinding them into a powder using a blender or grinder.

Usage
- Prepare a warm foot bath. Adjust the water temperature by adding more warm or cold water to taste.
