Volume Dry Shampoo

This dry shampoo refreshes your locks in a jiffy and gives them a boost of volume. Tapioca flour and Arrowroot are an ace at absorbing that lovely sweat. Kaolin clay lifts the hair root at the base and provides a volume boost. Magnesium Hydroxide has a cleansing effect and absorbs excess sebum and grease. You make this in less than 10 minutes and you have to wash your hair less often. A no-brainer, right?

Recycle an empty spice jar with holes in the lid for your dry shampoo. I use the ones from "Verstegen", those are very nice!

Weigh out all the ingredients in a bowl.

Add the essential oils drop by drop and stir well until they have disappeared.

Fold a piece of paper into the shape of a funnel and place it on the spice jar.

Fill the spice jar with your homemade dry shampoo.

Make a parting in the hair and distribute a small amount of powder over your scalp. Massage it in until you no longer see any white. For extra volume, use the hairdryer on it (cold setting).
