Zinc Balm

Protect your skin at the moments when you need it. This mineral balm is a great addition to your natural summer essentials. Rice bran oil, rich in ferulic acid and the triterpenes from Shea Butter are excellent for nourishing and protecting the skin. The Non-nano Zinc Oxide and Beeswax add a barrier layer to the skin. They are water-repellent, perfect during water activities.

Make sure you have all your supplies and equipment ready and make sure everything is clean.

Put your stove and pan with a centimetre of water on medium-high heat if you do not have a hotplate.

Heat Phase A in a glass beaker, cup or another heat-resistant container.

Once everything has melted, add Phase B. Stir well.

Remove from the heat. Keep stirring until it reaches 40 degrees Celsius.

Add the vitamin E. Mix until well combined. If the mixture starts to set, you can quickly reheat it before pouring.

Transfer it into a jar. Let it cool before putting the lid on and label your creation.
