Measure out all your ingredients. Combine each phase in separate beakers or bowls.

Pour phase B into phase A. Mix gently until it is well combined.

Slowly drip phase C into the bulk of the formula and mix gently to prevent too many bubbles from forming.

Add phase D. Mix until it is well combined.

Measure the pH and adjust it with a citric acid solution to lower it. Make sure it is within the range of 5 to 5.5.

Leave it to stand overnight to allow the gum to fully hydrate.

Mix before transferring into a squeeze or pump bottle. Stick a label on your creation!
