Make sure everything is clean and disinfected before you start and put a pan with a layer of water on the stove in advance.

Heat the mango butter, kokum butter and menthol crystals in a bowl au bain-marie until completely melted.

In the meantime, weigh out the other ingredients and set aside.

Remove the bowl from the water bath and add the arnica oil and calendula oil.

Cool the mixture back down while stirring over an ice bath.

Then add the arrowroot powder bit by bit and mix well.

Finally, add the vitamin E and lavender and cajeput essential oil and mix everything well.

Then mix the mixture with a hand mixer until you get a fluffy consistency.

Transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar. Store in a cool, dry place and put it in the fridge during the summer months!
