What is Rosemary Water?

Rosemary water is a hydrosol derived from the leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis. This refreshing water is obtained through steam distillation of the dried leaves of the Rosemary plant. Rosmarinus Officinalis is a perennial herbaceous plant originally found in the Mediterranean region.
