How to use it?

Like other essential oils, you can only use Ginger Essential Oil on the skin when diluted with a carrier oil. With Ginger the dilution percentage is slightly lower, which means you need to dilute this oil extra strongly before using it on the skin. No more than 0.1% of what you apply should consist of Ginger Essential Oil. For example: 1 drop of Ginger Essential Oil with 999 drops (50 ml) of carrier oil, such as Castor Oil or Jojoba Oil.

Warm diffuser blend

Add 4 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, 3 drops of Cardamom Essential Oil and 2 drops of Thyme Essential Oil to the aroma diffuser and enjoy the warm scent.
