What is Ginger Essential Oil?

The essential oil of ginger (zingiber officinale) is obtained through steam distillation of the dried rhizome, the oil has a yellowish color.

Diffuse the oil in your diffuser for refreshment and to get back into balance, optionally combine with other oils such as Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil and Ylang Ylang Essential Oil.

How do you use it?

Like other essential oils, you can only use Ginger Essential Oil on the skin when it is diluted with a carrier oil. With Ginger, the dilution percentage is slightly lower, which means you must dilute this oil extra strongly before using it on the skin. Don't let more than 0.1% of what you apply consist of Ginger Essential Oil. For example: 1 drop of Ginger Essential Oil with 999 drops (50 ml) of carrier oil, such as Castor Oil or Jojoba Oil.

Diffuser blend to breathe freely again

Add 4 drops of Ginger Essential Oil, 3 drops of Cardamom Essential Oil and 2 drops of Thyme Essential Oil to the aroma diffuser and breathe with relief again.
