Instructions
Drop 1-2 drops of peppermint and 1-2 drops of sweet orange into your roller bottle. This comes to about 0.04 grams per oil. If you want to be sure, use a digital precision scale.
Top up the rest of the roller bottle with Jojoba Oil.
Put the cap on your bottle and give it a shake. Done!
Usage
When you feel that wave of nausea coming on, reach for your roller. Take a deep breath and then calmly and deeply breathe in the scent. See it as a little pause, just for you. You can do this as often as you need to.
