Description
What is Carrot Seed Oil?
Carrot seed oil is cold-pressed from the dried seeds of Daucus carota, a wild carrot species that grows in Europe, Asia and parts of North Africa. The oil is golden yellow to amber in color and has a warm, earthy, slightly spicy scent that immediately evokes sunny herb fields. It is a versatile carrier oil that is easily added to creams, serums, facial oils and balms for extra nourishment, radiance and comfort.
Rich in pro-vitamin A (beta-carotene) and natural vitamin E, Carrot Oil supports regeneration and the skin's repair process. The oil soothes, helps calm redness and cares for the skin barrier as the lipids form a protective, nourishing film. This makes the complexion look fresher, more even and gives the skin a subtle, healthy glow.
The warm, earthy scent experience also works centering and invites slowing down during your skincare ritual. Because it is a rich plant oil and not an essential oil, it is not used in diffusers but mainly in skincare and hair care.

What makes Carrot Seed Oil so special?
Carrot Seed Oil stands out through its rich composition that comes directly from the seeds: a powerful combination of antioxidants, carotenoids, phytosterols and nourishing fatty acids that support the skin in repair and promote a fresh, even complexion. This natural balance makes the oil particularly suitable for skin that could use suppleness, comfort and subtle glow. Additionally, this oil has a warm, earthy scent that deepens blends without overpowering them. The oil feels soft and comfortable, absorbs pleasantly and gives formulas a skin-friendly character.
