This cooling menthol balm feels wonderful on the skin. First experience a warm tingle, followed by a cooling effect. This menthol balm is made to relieve tired muscles, calm and cool the skin. Ideal to use after your (intensive) workout. Made with cooling menthol crystals, cajeput and clove. For supple muscles or to breathe more freely through the nose.

Weigh out all the ingredients neatly and have them ready before you start.

Heat the beeswax and coconut oil and menthol crystals in a melting pan au bain-marie and stir well until everything has melted.

Take the mixture off the heat and let it cool down to below 40°C.

Once the mixture is below 40°C, you can add the essential oils. Stir the mixture well again.

Fill a 30 ml tin with this balm and put the mixture in the fridge and let it set.

Take it out of the fridge. If the balm is still hard, you can leave it to stand for 10 minutes.

Apply the cooled balm to the skin and rub it in well.
