Orange Cinnamon Bath Bombs

With a little cinnamon and clove from your spice cupboard, Baking Soda, Citric Acid and Orange Essential Oil, you craft the nicest bath bombs for under the tree. Experiment with silicone moulds that you like and that look festive. Go for stars, snowdrops or Christmas wreaths as in the example. Give the package as a recipe gift to someone to make themselves or make them yourself and wrap them up nicely in a jar for under the tree.

Mix the Baking Soda with the Citric Acid, a pinch of cinnamon and clove and the Orange Essential Oil in a bowl.

Spray the mixture with a hydrosol or demi water until it feels like damp sand.

Please note: If you hear it fizzing you have made it too wet, then add some cornflour or arrowroot powder to stop the fizzing.

Sprinkle some cinnamon into the moulds before you fill them, as decoration.

Press the moist mixture into a mould of your choice and let it dry well before you remove the mould.

Once the bath bombs have dried you can put them in a nice jar and give them as a gift, or just keep them for yourself.
