Disinfect your workspace, scale and tools with 70% alcohol.

Weigh all the ingredients per phase separately in clean beakers.

Sprinkle the Hyaluronic Acid powder slowly over 20 grams of the demineralised water. Do not stir. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes until a clear gel forms.

In a separate cup, mix the Xanthan gum with the Glycerine into a smooth paste. This prevents lumps.

While stirring, add the Xanthan gum paste to the rest of the demineralised water (58 grams). Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until you have a smooth gel.

Add the MSM powder to the gel and stir until it is fully dissolved.

Add the hyaluronic acid gel from step 3 and stir gently until everything is homogeneous.

Add the Aloe Vera Juice and stir through.

Add the Allantoin powder and stir well until it is fully dissolved. This can take a few minutes.

Add the D-Panthenol and stir through.

Measure the pH with a pH strip or pH meter. Aim for a value between 5.0 and 5.5.

Is the pH too high? Add a little citric acid solution drop by drop. Is the pH too low? Add a little baking soda solution drop by drop. Measure again each time.

Add the preservative (Preservative Eco) and stir gently for 1 minute.

Check the pH once more and make sure it is still between 5.0 and 5.5.

Transfer your serum into a clean bottle with a pump or dropper cap.

Label your creation with the name, date and shelf life (18 months).

Applying: After cleansing and toning, apply a few drops of the MSM Serum to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.


Massaging: Massage the serum gently into your skin with upward movements until it is fully absorbed.


Frequency: Use the serum twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, for the best result.
