Weigh out all the ingredients neatly and set them ready before you begin.

Heat the shea butter and cocoa butter together with the coconut oil and beeswax au bain-marie until it has fully melted.

Add the sweet almond oil to the mixture and stir gently.

Let the mixture cool to below 40 °C.

Add the vitamin E oil and essential oil (optional) below 40 °C and stir gently. Lavender = good night's sleep Mandarin = tummy cramps & stress Chamomile (Roman) = soothing & cradle cap

Pour the mixture into the tin or glass jar and let it harden completely in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
