What is Palo Santo Essential Oil?
The warm, somewhat peppery aroma of Palo Santo Essential Oil brings you back to yourself. The scent relaxes and stabilizes your emotions, making the oil ideal for a meditation or yoga session.
The essential oil of Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) is obtained through steam distillation. The Palo Santo tree is family of Frankincense and Myrrh and is found in South America.

How do you use it?

In the diffuser
Combine 3 drops of Palo Santo Essential Oil with 3 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil and 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in an aroma diffuser for a relaxed atmosphere in the room.
What makes it so special?
Palo Santo grows in South America and is traditionally used by the Incas for purifying body, mind and soul. The wood was seen as sacred and in Spanish Palo Santo means 'holy wood'.
