Natural Heroes started with a simple but powerful question: Why is it so difficult to find natural skincare products that really work and are free from harmful substances?

In 2016, Nevil decided to conduct his own research. He delved into ingredients, explored scientific studies, and started experimenting with making his own products. Not following a trend, but driven by a deep desire for transparency, simplicity, and taking control over what you put on your skin. This is how Natural Heroes was born: a brand that represents purity, honesty, and the power of nature.

When the world came to a standstill in 2020, the paths of Malou and Nevil crossed. They quickly discovered that they shared the same mission: to make sustainable and natural living easier for everyone. Malou already had experience in formulating skincare products and decided to deepen her knowledge by taking a course at Formula Botanica. Since then, she has been the creative heart and head of product development at Natural Heroes.

Together, we work every day to provide you with products and ingredients that you can truly trust. No unnecessary additives, no vague promises - only effective, natural solutions that give you the freedom to make conscious choices for yourself and your family.

Is this safe?

Every investment involves risks. With a bond loan, you lend money to Natural Heroes. We pay you interest and repay your investment either monthly or at the end of the term. Unlike a savings account, there is no bank guarantee. However, a more attractive return is offered instead.

Why wouldn't I just save at the bank?

At the bank, you currently receive 1.5-2% interest per year. With our bonds, you receive 7-9% interest, plus shopping credit and exclusive discounts/product drops.

Are there any costs associated with participation?

No, there are no hidden costs. You will receive your interest and repayment net on your bank account, which can be viewed at any time from your personal dashboard.

What if this is too good to be true?

We are transparent about risks and returns. You will receive a clear term sheet and information document in accordance with AFM exemption. Moreover, you can always contact us personally.

How does the store credit work?

Depending on your plan, you will receive 2-5% of your deposit as store credit at Natural Heroes. This credit can be used on our webshop during the term.

How and when will I receive my interest and repayment?

Every month you will receive a fixed payment in your bank account (interest + repayment).

Is my return taxable?

Private investors do not pay tax on interest themselves, but the value of the bonds falls under Box 3 (assets). In case of doubt, check your own situation or consult your tax advisor.

Can I also invest on behalf of my private limited company or foundation?

Yes, that is possible. In that case, the tax rules for businesses apply.

How much can I invest maximum?

Depending on the plan, with a limit per investor (e.g. €50,000-€100,000). This prevents concentration risk.

Where can I find the AFM information document?

An AFM information document is a document required by the Authority for the Financial Markets that informs consumers clearly and understandably about the characteristics, risks, and costs of a financial product or service.
