What is Camphor Essential Oil?

The fresh, medicinal scent of Camphor (Cinnamomum Camphora) is reminiscent of balms and salves. Times when doctors still walked around with herbal mixtures in their bags. It's no wonder that there are camphor trees in China that are more than a thousand years old.

How to use it?

Due to the strong effect of Camphor, it is especially important that you always dilute Camphor Essential Oil. The amount of Camphor Essential Oil in your massage oil, facial product or other product should not exceed 1%.

Steaming

Fill a large bowl with hot water and add 1 drop of Camphor Essential Oil, 1 drop of Myrrh Essential Oil and 1 drop of Bergamot Essential Oil. Place a tea towel over your head and hang over the steam for about ten minutes, breathing deeply in and out. You will notice that you feel much fresher afterwards. (Be careful not to burn yourself on the steam).
