Instructions

1
Put on gloves to protect your hands from the Citric Acid. This can sting your skin a bit.
2
Weigh the Baking Soda and Citric Acid from phase A and mix these in a large bowl. Add some of the Lavender Essential Oil from phase C and stir well.
3
Set aside 1/3 of the mixture and mix it with the Purple Corn Powder from phase B. You now have a white and a purple mixture in front of you. The creation can begin!
4
Spray the Lavender Water from phase B into both mixtures until they feel like damp sand. They should really start to stick together.
5
Drizzle the rest of the Lavender Essential Oil from phase C over the purple mixture and knead well through, so both colors get a nice fragrance.
6
Sprinkle some dried lavender in one half of the bath bomb mould.
7
To create the marble effect, distribute a bit of white mixture and purple mixture alternately in the bath bomb mold. Press it together well as you go.
8
Fill the bath bomb mold to the brim and make a small mound on one half.
9
Press both halves firmly together while twisting and keep twisting until no more mixture comes out.
10
Carefully remove the mold by placing it on your hand and removing one half. Flip the bath bomb over onto your hand and carefully remove the second half. Then set it aside to dry.
11
Let the fizzy ball dry until it has hardened. This takes at least an hour. To enjoy the scent for as long as possible, it is best to store the fizzy ball in a sealed container or bag.

Usage

Drop the bath bomb into a bath with water and enjoy an explosion of scent!
