Instructions

Place a small pot with a layer of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Heat the Berry Wax from phase A above it until it is completely melted.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the Mango Butter from phase B and melt it into the hot berry wax mixture.

Let the mixture cool to below 40 degrees. Often it's already at this temperature when you add the mango butter later.

Add the Raspberry Seed Oil and Strawberry Seed Oil from phase C and stir well. Is the berry wax setting too much? Then hold your pan briefly over the hot water bath to let it melt again. Don't do this for too long, as the oils are sensitive to heat.

Finally, stir in the Vitamin E Oil from phase D.

Pour your lip balm into a lip balm container or tin can of 15ml.

Let your lip balm cool in the refrigerator. 10 to 15 minutes is often sufficient.

Store your lip balm in a cool and dry place. Heading to the beach? Put your lip balm in your cooler bag or somewhere it won't get too warm. Still melted? In a tin it will harden again on its own.

Usage

Apply a thin layer of lip balm to your lips for well-nourished and silky-soft lips. The lip balm melts when it gets warmer and hardens at colder temperatures.
