What is Tamanu Oil?

Tamanu Oil is made from the nuts of the Tamanu tree (calophyllum inophyllum). The oil has a sharp, nutty scent and is greenish in color. The oil has enormous benefits for the skin and cares for both mature and blemish-prone skin.

Benefits

For mature skin

Tamanu Oil is rich in omega-6 and 9, fatty acids that keep the skin supple and elastic. Tamanu oil is full of antioxidants and is therefore excellent for caring for mature skin.

For blemish-prone skin

Due to the purifying action of the oil, it is an ideal ingredient in facial cleansers. Especially blemish-prone skin can benefit well from Tamanu Oil. The oil is suitable for both dry and oily skin, because the oil does not dry out the skin, which prevents the skin from producing even more sebum.

For ingrown hairs

After shaving, Tamanu Oil softens the skin, even if you suffer from ingrown hairs.

Rough hands and feet

For rough hands, feet, knuckles and elbows, Tamanu Oil cares for dry skin. After applying a few times, you'll notice a difference right away: your hands and feet feel noticeably softer!
