Why is Pumpkin Seed Oil so good?

Pumpkin seed oil contains an incredible amount of fatty acids such as Palmitic acid, Stearic acid, Oleic acid and Linoleic acid. These fatty acids nourish the skin intensely and therefore this oil works excellently against dry skin. Pumpkin Seed Oil also contains particularly many antioxidants that make the skin elastic and help reduce skin aging.

How is Pumpkin Seed Oil made?

Pumpkin Seed Oil is extracted from the small white seeds of a pumpkin. There are two types of pumpkins from which the oil is obtained: the Cucurbita pepo and the Cucurbita maxima. One pumpkin contains approximately five hundred small seeds that are cold-pressed into oil. With cold pressing, no high temperatures are used, which preserves all the valuable properties of the seeds.

How to use it:

You apply Pumpkin Seed Oil to cleansed skin. For example, apply a few drops to your face or body. You can also massage Pumpkin Seed Oil into your scalp to care for your hair. Let it absorb for at least half an hour and then wash the oil out thoroughly with shampoo.
