What is Mint Essential Oil?
When you think of mint, you might think of chewing gum, or a delicious fresh mint tea. This herb plant not only has a refreshing power, but also provides a pick-me-up for body and mind. It makes you sharper and gives you an energy boost!
Mentha Spicata, also called Green Mint, has small pink flowers and has a typical 'menthol' scent which is often experienced as very pleasant. The plant including the flowering tops is used to produce oil through steam distillation. This oil has a light yellow to light green color.

Dilute maximum 1% with a carrier oil (such as olive oil or shea butter). Rub the spot you want to care for with this and let the oil do its work.
Vaporizing
Do you need a pick-me-up or relief while breathing? Then Mint Essential Oil is extremely suitable to use in your diffuser or for example a warm steam bath.
Diffuser: Place 2 to 3 drops of Mint Essential Oil in the water reservoir of the diffuser and let it spread the refreshing vapors.
Steam bath: Add approximately 5 drops of oil to your warm steam bath and enjoy the purifying effect of the Mint Essential Oil.
What is unique about the Mint Essential Oil?
Through steam distillation, oil is produced from the entire mint plant, so the small pink flowers are also used for this. The Mint Essential Oil is vegan and finds its origin in the Mediterranean region, but can now be found in many places in the world.
