Magnesium chloride is a naturally occurring form of magnesium, which we can even absorb through our skin when dissolved in water, and thus offers a great solution to get enough magnesium!

Magnesium plays a major role in the proper functioning of nerves and muscles and the use of magnesium chloride can therefore help relax your muscles and recover faster after exercise. The relaxing effect even helps improve your sleep.

Because magnesium chloride is a natural salt, it has a beneficial effect on oily skin, pimples and other impurities. It cleanses your pores and your skin feels softer and smoother.

How do you use magnesium chloride?

For a wonderfully relaxing bath, add a large cup of magnesium chloride to a full bath. Stay in the bath water for at least 10 minutes. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for extra relaxation.

For a foot bath, add half a cup of Epsom salt to a foot basin with warm water. Let your feet soak in the water for 10 minutes and dry off. Wonderful for tired feet!
