'Ocimum Basilicum', also known as Royal Basil, is used in its entirety through steam distillation to produce Basil Essential Oil. The oil from this fragrant herb with its aromatic leaves has a golden yellow, green color.

Relaxing
Both through diffusion and in oil form (diluted), Basil has a calming power. It has a soothing effect on your mood and calms the skin when it is restless. Have you just finished an active yoga session, for example? Basil Essential Oil provides muscle relaxation.
CAUTION: Not to be used during pregnancy. Due to the presence of estragole, this can cause skin irritation in pregnant women.
Healing effect
Basil Essential Oil can provide relief for various complaints through its healing effect. For example, in the abdominal area or with women's monthly complaints.
What can you use it for?
Diffusion
Do you need relaxation? Then you can place the Basil Essential Oil in a diffuser and let the calming vapors spread throughout the room. The herbal aroma ensures that you relax.
Add 3 drops of Basil Essential Oil to the water reservoir of the diffuser and let the vapors do their work.
Care
Do you have restless skin, stomach troubles, or as a woman, monthly complaints? Then Basil Essential Oil can provide relief.
Mix 5 drops of Basil Essential Oil with a carrier oil of your choice, for example almond oil or olive oil. Massage the mixture over the area where you experience discomfort.
