What is Apple Cider Vinegar?

Our Apple Cider Vinegar is made from freshly pressed apples. The vinegar is unpasteurised and unfiltered, which is why it appears cloudy. You will also see a cloudy substance in the bottle: this is 'The Mother'. This is a natural product that forms during fermentation. So it is not a sign of spoilage.

The apple cider vinegar has a fresh, acidic smell and a low pH. This makes it a great base for your DIY skincare.

What can you use it for?

As a hair rinse

Mix apple cider vinegar with water and use this as a final rinse after washing. Your hair will feel soft and gain more shine.

In your DIY recipes

Due to its low pH, you can use apple cider vinegar in homemade skincare, for example in a toner or hair spray.

Around the house

Apple cider vinegar is also handy as a natural base for cleaning products.
